Job description
Hanna's is an independently owned pharmaceutical and medical supply distributor located in Wilmington, DE that is seeking an experienced customer service representative.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling requests and responding to inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain customer portfolios
- Enter customer orders
- Search information regarding customer accounts and backorders
- Contact manufacturers regarding product information
- Clerical maintenance and office organization
- Understand and uphold the regulatory requirements of certain product
- Required to research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product's function and purpose in order to confidently sell our customers these items.
Requirements
- Punctual and professional is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use analytical thinking/ techniques to solve problems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Extremely strong documentation skills
- Friendly demeanor
- Extremely strong computer skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate aptitude in adapting to the needs of each customer including de-escalating situations, providing solutions and delivering recommendations
- Detail Oriented
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing role or responsibility
- Must be self-motivated and independent yet also have the ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Minimum of High school/ GED diploma
This position is full time. Hours are 8:30am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
