Project Manager
- Project Manager with preferably a PMP
- Should be well versed with project financial management discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have banking domain experience.
- Should have worked in a multi vendor environment. 6.Funcational knoweldge Understanding & hand on experience of FIS products especially TPSS, TPT Should have worked on migration of banking modules from FIS TPT Or FIS TPSS to FIS D1 Knowledge of FIS MBP is required Knowledge of core modernization will be a positive feature
PMO
- Has delivered projects using the PMI waterfall methodology
- Can explain and show past project experience on all project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, closure)
- Can write clear and objective project status reports
- Needs to speak clearly and confident, no lite talkers
- Understands the concept of being the leader of the project not a scribe, or box checker but the project owner
- Has experience with project that require urgency (example regulatory or mandatory projects) where a defined start/end date are not negotiable.
- Financial management and reporting
- Understands how to gather, seek, compile resource forecast and supplier team forecast
- Must be able to use excel to perform financial analysis on the project
- Example: Burn cost, spend to date, variances, monthly projections, resource allocation, supplier allocation
- Change request analysis and impact to project based on cost implications
- Must be able to speak on his/hers project financial
- Project Schedule
- Must be able to document all project phases
- Must be able to document all project task, owners, duration, assigned resources
- Must know how to show the critical path
- Can talk about past experience on holding people accountable
- Can talk about how they delivered their project on-time or extended and why
- Must be able to show milestones in a visual presentation using MS PPT
- Project Governance
- Must be able to identify the project artifacts required for the Project life cycle and software delivery cycle NOTE before has tools for this but the candidate must have experience with prior PMI standard artifacts
- Must be able to understand the decision forum concept and Steerco
- Must be prior experience with change request process (creation, consensus, approval, funding, added to project schedule, implement)
Must have experience in project audit and have passed prior audits (must be able to talk thru this)
