Must-Have Skills:
10 years of hands-on Python development experience

Familiarity with ORM libraries
Experience writing reusable, testable, efficient code
Proven expertise in designing low-latency, high-availability, performant applications
Experience with data protection, secure coding practices, and storage integration
Ability to collaborate with front-end teams for seamless UI/UX integration
Solid performance tuning and automation skills
Bonus Skills:
Strong communication with both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to propose creative and efficient solutions to complex problems
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
