Remote role but Consultants have to be ONSITE at least 1 Week every month in the Initial Phase

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Data Migration Architect to lead the data migration process to SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) from a legacy system, specifically Transcore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data mapping, migration, and architecture, with a hands-on approach to ensure seamless data integration. This role is critical in transforming the existing system to align with SAP's BRIM functionalities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end data migration strategy from the legacy Transcore system to SAP BRIM.
Design, map, and execute data migration processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Act as the subject matter expert in SAP BRIM data structures and the migration process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Develop data migration plans, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) methodologies.
Conduct data quality assessments, validations, and troubleshoot any issues during migration.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring to the project team.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices, data governance standards, and SAP guidelines.
Drive continuous improvements to the data migration framework and methodologies.
Requirements:
10 to 15 years of experience in data migration with a strong focus on SAP.
Extensive knowledge of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and its integration capabilities.
Proven experience in migrating data from legacy systems, specifically Transcore.
Strong technical expertise with data mapping, ETL processes, and data architecture.
Hands-on experience with data migration tools and SAP data services.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
