Job Description
- Workday Integration SME with expertise in Core Connectors, EIB with DT and excellent Studio knowledge.
- Should be able to work with Retirement Savings Integration Template ( Principal).
- Functional Skills: Basic knowledge about Benefits and Payroll, Leave and Time Offs, Build Integrations (both outbound and inbound) for file transmission with key vendors like Metlife, Principal and Alight.
- Role requires expertise in Core Connectors, EIB with DT, Studio Integrations and also be able to work with APIs.
Must have:
- Workday Integration Expertise: Strong experience with Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) with DT (Document Transformation), Workday Studio, and Workday APIs (REST & SOAP) for inbound/outbound integrations.
- Expertise in Retirement Savings Integration Template (Principal) and integrations with key vendors like MetLife, Principal, and Alight.
- Benefits & Payroll Knowledge: Basic understanding of Benefits administration (enrollment, eligibility, deductions), Payroll processing & deductions, and Leave and Time Offs.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Strong skills in error handling, reporting, monitoring, and resolving complex integration issues.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits), document integration specifications, and provide troubleshooting guidance.
