HPW Center for Diabetes is looking to hire a full-time scheduling service specialist. Job duties will be answering and triaging phones, taking messages and transferring to correct extensions, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and any other duties as assigned. Candidate should have some medical experience, call center experience, good at multi-tasking, be dependable, and have great customer service skills.
HPW Center for Diabetes provides widely available Endocrinology care with multiple clinic locations in multiples states, utilizing telemedicine as well as regular in office visits and achieving Approximately 20 % better control of diabetes over the national Average and in a large national study. We are a multi-location endocrinology practice with clinics in Terre Haute, Bloomington, Indianapolis, Chicago, Illinois and Dayton, Ohio.
