Business Sales Representative
Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for building relationships? Join our team! We’re seeking a motivated individual to grow new business and nurture existing accounts through cold calling, networking, and B2B sales techniques. A polished appearance and professional demeanor are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan weekly sales routes and share schedules with the Area Sales Manager
- Kickstart sales efforts daily at 7:30 A.M.
- Make 25 outreach activities (calls/visits/mailings) each day to prospects and clients Conduct onsite service visits and job site surveys
- Keep CRM records uptodate with 125 detailed notes weekly
- Manage account paperwork and ensure rate agreements are current
- Assist with collections on overdue accounts (45 days)
- Collaborate closely with operations to address site issues
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, mixers, and networking events

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Level Required:
- Minimum of a High School education
Experience Required:
At least 2 years of general work experience.
At least 1 year of sales; customer service or working with the public.
Much Haves:
- The ability to pay close attention to detail and possess keen listening skills
- Able to handle multiple clients and to meet critical deadlines effectively
- Basic knowledge of operations at the field level
- Familiarity with navigating and using a computer
- Be able to positively relate to all levels of management, from branch level to executive management
- To travel and work independently as well as in a group setting.
