We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services during breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment, and assisting with food preparation and presentation. Duties
- Prepare and present breakfast items according to established standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist with food service, including bussing tables and replenishing food items as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during breakfast hours.
- Assist with catering events as needed, including setup and breakdown of food stations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling guest inquiries effectively.
- Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures is desirable.
- Must be able to maintain a clean workspace and adhere to hygiene standards.
- A valid driver's license may be beneficial for potential delivery duties.
