Duties
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent guest relations by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Manage bussing duties, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset efficiently for incoming guests.
- Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating effectively.
- Engage in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food handling regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
