Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that all food service operations run smoothly. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, assisting with food preparation, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation, following culinary standards to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and addressing guest needs promptly.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests.
• Uphold fine dining standards by maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Support guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with fine dining practices is a plus, as well as experience using POS systems such as OpenTable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality food service experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to health standards.
