Human Resources Specialist Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist Lead to join our team at HQDA Field Operating Agencies and Staff Support Agencies. As a key member of our Human Resources Management team, you will be responsible for leading recruitment events to attract qualified civilian candidates, interpreting travel regulations, providing solutions on pay issues, and advising management and/or employees on policy changes that impact pay and entitlements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in leading recruitment programs, analyzing effectiveness of recruitment efforts, developing recommended strategies to increase participation in deployment opportunities, and applying general knowledge of civilian mobilization and deployment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment events to attract qualified civilian candidates
• Interpret travel regulations to ensure employees are informed of travel allowances and/or entitlements
• Provide solutions on pay issues
• Advise management and/or employees on policy changes that impact pay and entitlements

Requirements:

• One year of specialized experience which includes leading recruitment events, interpreting travel regulations, providing solutions on pay issues, and advising management and/or employees on policy changes that impact pay and entitlements
• Strong background in human resources, with experience in leading recruitment programs, analyzing effectiveness of recruitment efforts, and developing recommended strategies to increase participation in deployment opportunities
