HQS Automotive International Inc provides quality control solutions, including onsite engineering, inspection, and rework services. Our clients are manufacturers and suppliers to the automotive, green energy and high-tech industries.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supplier Quality Liaison to join our team. In this position, you will serve as a liaison between supplier, HQS and relevant stakeholders and provide liaison, logistic and inspection services to our clients and customers.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of quality inspection, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-related quality matters
- Foster strong relationships while maintaining rigorous quality standards
- On-site problem handling, communicate quality issues timely, perform inspection or rework service, help prevent supplier defects, and manage various supplier quality activities
- Document, report and maintain records related to supplier quality performance and improvement activities.
- Follow all quality control procedures, warehouse safety guidelines and all the policies
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in warehouse and factory
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills, written, oral communication and negotiations skills.
