ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The full-time Operations Director will lead and optimize systems and processes to drive operational excellence, foster data integration, and deliver successful agency initiatives. This key leadership role oversees core business functions-including HR, IT, accounting, and project management-aligning strategic vision with hands-on execution to fuel growth, automate workflows, and ensure seamless operations.
