We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation on projects in the Aiken, SC and surrounding areas.
Essential Functions of Foreman:
- Coordinating with the Project Manager, schedule work for crew members.
- Exercising first line supervisory responsibilities for assigned workers.
- Completes required administrative paperwork and coding including time sheets, and written disciplinary forms.
- Completes required project paperwork and coding.
- Initiates and monitors safety program.
- Demonstrates efficient knowledge of the trade.
- Coordinates with other trades.
- Prepares detailed drawings.
- Coordinates with General Contractors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial work or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Candidates MUST be able to pass a drug screen and be at least 18 years of age.
