What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architect (Education Studio Director) position at HR Alliance?
We are searching for an Education Studio Director to join our growing team!
This is a special opportunity for a licensed architect with a background in K-12 and higher education projects in Kentucky to use their experience to lead a team and oversee this market sector. This key staff member will be a part of our leadership team, helping us create and contribute to long range plans and objectives, establish and meet goals, and expand our presence in the education market. They will also manage quality control within the education studio.
Ideal candidates will already have:
- At least ten years of project management experience
- At least five years of leading a team or managing designers in education-type projects
- At least ten years of successfully developing solutions and producing through all phases of design
- At least ten years of licensure
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
- Solid foundation of technical knowledge
- Passion, knowledge, and experience in working with K-12 and higher education clients in Kentucky
