Summary
Manage the office workflow aspects of incoming calls and in-person visitors, while providing administrative support to law partners by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Answering all incoming calls via the switchboard, triaging calls where applicable, and greeting/announcing all visitors and guests to the appropriate staff member
· Receives, sorts, and distributes mail daily.
· Perform scheduling and coordination, including scheduling meeting rooms for internal and external users.
· Oversee operations for the Attorneys’ Room.
· Assists with correspondence, presentations, email communications, and spreadsheets.
· Provide administrative support by assisting and preparing client correspondence as directed.
· Complete other special projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
· 1-3 years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in an office setting
· Effective verbal and written communication skills to regularly interface via phone and in-person with guests and staff

- Efficient time management, organization, and attention to detail skills

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak
effectively in front of clients or employees of organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Microsoft Office and contact management databases preferably.
