Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented with years of experience in CNC machining and quality control.
- Experienced in using CAD and CAM software required.
- Experience designing products from scratch using CAD software.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with leadership and team members.
- Excellent technical skills in machining and mechanical maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Punctual and reliable in meeting work commitments.
- Experience using Fusion360 is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC machines and other precision equipment to manufacture parts.]
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer to ensure products align with design specifications.
- Design products using Fusion 360.
- Perform quality checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure production standards.
- Assist in training junior machinists and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in machining operations.
