Key Details:
- Pay: $17 – 20/hour DOE

- Location: 27875 SW Grahams Ferry Rd. Sherwood, OR 97140
- Schedule: 10 – 15hrs/week; Monday 12:30 – 5, Wednesday 11:30 – 4, Friday, 12:30 – 5; with the ability to pick up weekend shifts
- Store Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 12p – 5p
- Saturday – Sunday: 9a – 3p

Position Overview: The Customer Associate is responsible for greeting guests, responding to questions, improving engagement with offerings, and providing outstanding customer service. This position will operate cash registers, POS system, and manage financial transactions.
A typical day will consist of:
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect clothing, gifts, and food items
- Handling transactions and operating the cash register
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Restocking shelves and managing inventory
- Partner with gardeners and other departments to coordinate farm stock, including eggs, flower bouquets, and fresh fruit
- Providing exceptional customer service with a smile
- Working collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
Salary : $17 - $20
