- Conduct monthly reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and maintain the general ledger in QuickBooks.
- Analyze financial performance to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that drive company growth.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and maximize revenue potential.
- Update and manage Finance Department SOPs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Partner with operational leaders to foster cross-departmental efficiency and collaboration
