Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms
Help law firms grow by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure our Virtual Assistants are delivering great results for clients
Keep clients happy by providing top-notch service and support
Qualifications
Must have
- 2 to 5 years experience in B2B sales
- Previous experience on a legal role like Case Manager, Paralegal, or firm operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills, highly organized and great at multitasking
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site role
Preferred
