Ihre Aufgaben
As General Manager North America (m / f / d), you will be responsible for creating a business strategy and a plan to restructure the company.
- The focus is identifying growth opportunities in sales, building new customer relationships (business development), and strengthening and expanding the team.
- You will have overall responsibility for P&L in North America.
- You will manage the development and implementation of a growth strategy.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with essential sales partners / key accounts.
- You will lead and motivate a small team, gradually expanding to include additional sales colleagues.
- Reporting to the head office in Germany rounds off your tasks.
