We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and event operations at our Chicago location. This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service by managing logistics, staff, inventory, and client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in event logistics, team management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, deliveries, and on-site event logistics. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse, logistics, and customer service staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Client Relations & Sales Support: Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, assisting with venue assessments and ensuring seamless event execution.
- Financial & Administrative Management: Monitor budgets, expenses, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Fleet & Facilities Management: Oversee vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and compliance, while ensuring all company properties are safe and well-maintained.
- Hiring & Training: Recruit, train, and develop staff to support operational needs and uphold company standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years in event operations, logistics, or a related field. Experience in event rentals, hospitality, or large-scale event management is a MUST.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in event management, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office 365 and inventory/event management software.
- Other: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
