Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling & Data Analysis:
- Build and analyze financial models to support decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis across multiple business segments.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial reporting.
- Operational Finance & Reporting:
- Assist with back-end reporting for margins, contributions, and financial forecasting.
- Prepare budget vs. actual analysis and cash flow modeling.
- Consolidate and streamline financial reports from multiple data sources.
- Support the creation of board slides and financial presentations.
- Systems & Data Management:
- Work with two core systems:
- Health Insurance tracking system (for operational data)
- QuickBooks (for general ledger and financial reporting)
- Extract and integrate data from both systems to generate consolidated reports.
- Optimize financial reporting processes using SQL coding and automation tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Finance & Accounting Expertise: Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Technical Proficiency:
- SQL coding for data extraction and analysis.
- Power BI for dashboard creation and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling).
- Process & Systems-Driven Mindset:
- Experience streamlining financial and operational processes.
