We are looking for a Creative/Art Manager to lead our creative team in producing high-quality content. The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that enhance our brand’s identity and resonate with our target audience. This role is vital in guiding the overall creative direction and ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brand’s vision and goals. Beauty or Fashion Industry experience highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
- Lead the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and producing visual content for campaigns, marketing materials, sales collateral, seasonal endcaps, floor displays, signage, planograms, other POP&POS materials )
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the design and production process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, contractors, and other creative professionals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all brands
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative projects and campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
- Deep understanding of design, branding, and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in creative tools and software, such as (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Retouching tools, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
