We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the stability of our software applications. You will troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborate with vendors, and support end-users by communicating technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues by analyzing logs and error messages.
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior technical teams or vendors.
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system for efficient issue tracking.
- Monitor application performance and identify recurring problems for process improvement.
- Develop troubleshooting guides and contribute to internal technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in application support or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, database monitoring, and technical documentation.
- Experience with software development or ITIL processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
