What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager | $70K-$85K position at HR EXCHANGE?
A real estate development & construction company is looking for a property manager to manage residential multifamily properties spread across of a total of 400 units . This person will handle the following:
- Excellent managerial skills, leadership, prioritizing, decision taking, administrative and organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Apartment leasing and assistance to residents , building relationships.
- Maintain records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ability to drive to the locations on a weekly basis
- Use Yardi as a CRM system
- Manage a team of 10 including leasing agents, porters, technicians, leasing agents, and maintenance supervisors
Requirements
- Bilingual-English/Spanish
- 4 years of experience in managing properties at market value
- Knowledge of Fair housing laws
- Leasing experience
- Yardi Voyager experience is a MUST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
