This experienced Tax Manager - Director to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tax professional to lead and manage key client engagements while contributing to the firm’s growth and success.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax and accounting assignments with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Review and file Individual and Business Tax Returns, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Lead multiple, concurrent client engagements while maintaining attention to detail.
- Conduct tax research and provide effective solutions to clients and team members.
- Mentor and develop junior staff through training and career guidance.
- Deliver exceptional client service and proactively address client concerns.
- Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities.
- Leverage external relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive business growth.
- Stay current on industry trends and share relevant insights with clients.
📚 Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of professional tax experience.
- CPA certification required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent team and project management abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of tax legislation and compliance.
- Book of Business: A pre-existing book of business is a plus and offers the potential for higher earnings.
