What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant - Managed Support Services position at HR Focal Point?
Job Responsibilities
Address production support tickets as assigned including issue/root cause analysis, system configuration, updating documentation, creating functional specifications and overseeing development for custom requirements, unit testing and supporting subsequent testing efforts and issue resolution, transporting configuration, and user support.
Perform/Support routine Payroll specific activities business operations (customer specific) like supporting and performing regular and off-cycle payroll runs, form generations, posting, reconciliation, etc.
BSI Tax Update Bulletin maintenance, including change testing and coordination customer coordination and communication.
New Release and Support Pack maintenance, including testing and coordination with clients on changes.
Create OSS/SAP Support incidents and serve as a liaison with SAP for issue resolution.
Keeping abreast of new and relevant SAP features and functionality and new release content.
Payroll schema creation and maintenance
SAP Payroll IMG configuration
Assist customers by completing taxes related monthly, quarterly and year-end activities including reconciliation

Deep Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and/or on-premise SAP HCM Payroll

Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree (or compelling related work experience)
Excellent English language, oral and written communication skills
US Citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
Willingness to travel (occasionally and as needed)
At least 2 to 5 years of US Payroll experience specifically with SAP technology including experience with gross/net calculations, taxes, garnishment, interfaces, GL, and posting to finance. (International Payroll experience is a plus!)
Have played the role of module lead and/or primary SAP payroll configuration lead in one or more End to End Implementation projects.
Expertise in related SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and related business processes including integration with related modules (Finance, SAP HCM, Employee Central, Time Management, Benefits, Compensation, ABAP, etc.).
Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
