Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily assist SAP SuccessFactors Customers with their consulting and implementation needs. This includes :
Lead SAP SuccessFactors Customers through their SuccessFactors implementation process.
This includes requirements gathering & gap analysis, leading business process design, performing system demonstrations, leading customer workshops, performing system configuration, creating functional specifications and overseeing development for custom requirements, document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document, unit testing and supporting subsequent testing efforts and issue resolution, performing cutover activities, training, and hyper-care / post-go-live support.
Performance of system reviews and development of strategic roadmaps
Address production support tickets as assigned
Support for business development and pre-sales activities
Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective areas.

Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience implementing either SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay
Active certification in at least one of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules : Recruiting and / or Compensation & Variable Pay
BA / BS degree (or compelling related work experience)
Excellent English language, oral, and written communication skills
US Citizenship or authorization to work in the United States
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Professional SAP SuccessFactors Certification in either of the following SuccessFactors modules : Recruiting and Compensation / Variable Pay
