As a leader in our Land Development practice, you’ll build strong client relationships, lead business development efforts, and manage high-impact projects from inception to completion. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio and delivering innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and landscape architects to streamline the design process.
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering relationships built on trust and reliability.
- Oversee the implementation of quality control (QC) procedures at all project stages. Ensures adherence to company standards, including quality assurance (QA) specifications and Computer-Aided Design (CADD) guidelines.
- Evaluate team performance, mentor staff, and directly supervise project personnel
Business Development
- Support marketing initiatives by contributing insights to strategic plans and preparing proposals that showcase HR Green’s expertise in land planning, entitlement, zoning, and infrastructure design.
- Present HR Green’s qualifications and successful project experiences to potential clients, highlighting our integrated approach to land development services.
- Promote HR Green’s comprehensive services, including land planning, infrastructure design, and stormwater management solutions.
Communication
- Oversee project invoicing and fee collection to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to cultivate a high-performing team culture, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for growth.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related engineering discipline.
- Professionally registered (P.E.) in the state in which HR Green Inc. conducts business.
- Has worked for 7 or more years as a Project Manager in Land Development (residential, commercial, and industrial developments).
- Demonstrated strong business development competency by obtaining significant new business and/or cross selling additional consulting services.

COMPENSATION RANGE
$123,800.00-202,800.00
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
