Job Description:
The HR Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Technical Field Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our HR Group companies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Control
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Collaborate with leadership of all companies to establish and maintain quality control procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of service activities to identify areas for improvement and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Training
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for field personnel at Highridge Corrosion, TerraWorks and other HR Group companies.
Work closely with the leadership of all companies to align training programs with industry advancements and company procedures.
Develop training materials, manuals, and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously update programs to meet evolving industry standards.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Project Managers, department heads, and leadership to understand project requirements and ensure that training programs align with specific project needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback and recommendations for enhancing work processes.
Company Procedures
Contribute to the development and maintenance of company procedures related to corrosion control activities.
Collaborate with the leadership of all companies to update procedures based on industry advancements and regulatory changes.
Ensure that field personnel are trained and compliant with established company procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
NACE/AMPP CP3 Certification Preferred, but not required.
Proven experience in corrosion control, with expertise in cathodic protection activities.
Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in developing and delivering training programs.
