HR HealthCare Patient Services is seeking a medical supply Customer Experience Specialist to support the business. The Customer Experience Specialist manages customer re-orders to ensure prompt delivery of patient products.
Duties include:
- Contacting customers on a daily basis.
- Ensure patient files are accurate and up to date.
- Confirm products needed and process the order for the customer.
