Key Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of all HR Operations with part-time administrative support in the US and a centralized HR team in Europe
- Partner with business leaders and global HR team on strategic initiatives
- Build effective partnerships across US and global teams
- Serve as strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters
- Spearhead employee relations and drive resolution of complex situations
- Develop and implement workplace policies and procedures that align with company culture and growth objectives
- Benchmark and assess current benefit offerings
- Manage comprehensive time-off programs and policies
- Ensure US compliance with employment regulations and maintain up-to-date policies
- Lead US talent acquisition by:
- Partnering on recruitment strategy and execution
- Designing and implementing onboarding programs
- Coordinating cross-functional support for new hire success
- Lead Strategic Workplace Operations & Facilities Management:
- Direct the end-to-end workplace experience strategy, ensuring an environment that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction
- Build and maintain key vendor relationships and workspace partnerships
- Lead office modernization initiatives, including space planning and technology integration
- Orchestrate executive travel and scheduling programs, ensuring seamless logistics for leadership team
- Design and manage efficient systems for expense management, travel arrangements, and resource allocation
- Create scalable processes for managing staff and contractor scheduling
- Champion workplace sustainability and efficiency initiatives
- Oversee Payroll
- Manage & develop the HR Admin who will be processing day-to-day US payroll
- Run payroll in the HR Admin’s absence
- Resolve complex reconciliations or adjustments
- Manage all employment data
- Updating HRIS system with relevant employee, policy, and organizational changes
- Create a valuable reporting strategy and send regular reports and updates to relevant stakeholders and central HR team
About You

- Proven track record in HR Operations with media experience and strong US employment law knowledge
- Experience with full-cycle HR processes and benefits administration

This strategic role reports to global HR leadership and partners closely with the US leadership team to support the expanding US operations while maintaining alignment with the global strategy.

Status: Full-time, partially remote (in office 4 days/week)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonus
