SUMMARY
The Manager Enterprise Applications is a professional in charge of the company's SAP applications portfolio (programs and projects). One of his/her responsibilities is to monitor and control projects from inception to completion. The individual must be proficient in project management and be able to communicate directly with the business team to understand their processes and suggest technology solutions that enable the operations to gain efficiencies, sell more products, and increase profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- An ability to utilize best practice Project Management principles and software development methodologies to complete a variety of applications development, deployment and integration activities with our SAP ERP platform as well as other off-the-shelf packaged and cloud-based partner solutions.
- Manage assigned staff and vendor resources to develop and execute a variety of applications development, deployment and integration activities with our SAP ERP platform as well as other off-the-shelf packaged and cloud-based partner solutions.
- Obtain approval from project sponsor(s) and/or primary stakeholder(s) and develop project cost estimations, monitor progress and control the project scope, priorities, budget and schedule.
- Supervise and participate in the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of all applications in TTHA s applications portfolio.
- Recruit new staff and vendors to efficiently support applications.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce all company technology policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Project Management Proficiency (PMP or PMI-ACP certification a plus)
- Project planning software (Microsoft Project)
- Software development methodologies (Agile)
- Business Process Analysis Methodology
- Strong understanding of project management, application development and quality assurance testing lifecycles application development and 3rd party application i
- SAP S4/Hana, and/or minimum ECC 6 with an emphasis on Sales & Distribution, and Warehouse Management.
- Hybris/eCommerce Hana Enterprise Cloud (HEC) or on-premises edition
- First level management experience with an applications development project and production support team.
- 24x7 on call support management
- Demonstrated decision making and presentation skills
- Business process Re-engineering or Lean six-sigma experience
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all levels of management
- Must be a self-starter, have demonstrated experience in a lead role, be well-organized, effectively managing their time and be a strong team player who can adapt rapidly to new developments and changing priorities
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
