CBK-Production Team Member

Position Summary:

The Production Associate is responsible for hands-on tasks in the manufacturing of CBD and Kratom products. This role ensures production runs smoothly while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also supports packaging operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Production Tasks:

• Perform blending, pulverization, tableting, encapsulation, and soft gel manufacturing according to SOPs.
• Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow batch records and production schedules to meet output targets.

Quality & Compliance:

• Adhere to GMP guidelines, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Monitor product quality and promptly report any deviations or concerns.
• Assist with documentation and record-keeping for compliance purposes.

Packaging Support:

• Assist in packaging, labeling, and final product inspection as needed.

Workplace Organization:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Properly handle and store raw materials and finished goods.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
