What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Manager position at Hr Network Inc?
Responsible for leading and directing the development of strategies, plans, and initiatives for assigned projects in alignment with the overall company plan, goals, and objectives to achieve / exceed project milestones and set targets (e.g., revenue, profitability, volume, market share, etc.).
Develops and deploys initial entry plans and marketing strategies to grow new businesses through market scanning and competitor analysis.
Builds the organization's capability and capacity to execute with operational excellence and efficiency and develops gap closure plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
With at least 5 years related experience and with at least 2 years in a Leadership / Managerial position
Having experience in Food industry is an advantage
With advanced skills in Business Analysis and Planning, New Product Development, Brand Strategy and Development, Brand Activation, Forecasting
Proficient in Business & Industry Understanding, Project Management, Financial Awareness & Business Profitability, Consumer and Trade Insight, Sales and Channel Strategy
Developing in Operations and Manufacturing Start-up Development, Supply Chain and Logistics
With an understanding of Key Account Management, Distributor Management
