RESPONSIBILITIES
Cutting, grinding and preparing meats either for cooking or retail packaging.
Deboning, cutting poultry into parts.
Cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish.
Cutting fish into steaks and fillets.
Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
Weighing, packaging, vacuum-sealing and labeling products.
Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
Performing quality inspections on meets and other products.
Negotiating and confirming orders with supplier.
Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.
QUALIFICATIONS :
At least high school graduate / short vocational
At least one year experience of kitchen production with meat preparation and cutting experience.
Knowledgeable of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
Strong communication, task management and customer service skills.
Can lift heavy items.
Can work in cold environments.
