- Support new product development and menu updates based on dietary needs and customer feedback.
- Set and monitor KPIs to measure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to improve cost savings, optimize processes, and enhance overall performance.
- Manage budgets for each business unit, optimize resource use, and drive cost-efficiency.
- Oversee procurement and inventory control with the Finance team to support financial goals.
- Conduct regular audits and enforce consistent policies to uphold quality and mitigate risks.
