- Greeting customers, providing excellent service, and making customers feel welcome.
- Taking accurate orders for food and drinks, and relaying them to the kitchen.
- Serving food and drinks to customers, and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner
- Processing customer payments, and handling situations where a payment isn't approved.
- Keeping the dining area clean and organized, and setting and clearing tables
- Practicing safety and sanitation principles, and ensuring the proper conditions of all equipment and facilities.
