We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas! This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for operational excellence.
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the operations of the warehouse at their assigned fulfillment center. Responsibilities include :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The Warehouse Supervisor ensures all work is completed according to established processes : On Time, On Solution, and On Budget. Key duties include :
Oversee all pulls, return inspections, and restocking of client and rental assets.Manage warehouse assets and inventories effectively.Assist in troubleshooting issues arising within the warehouse.Maintain in-depth knowledge of various assets, including materials, manufacturers, and storage methods.Read CAD drawings to identify assets needed for jobs.Ensure proper restocking of client and rental assets after return inspections.Coordinate the organized internal movement of all client and rental assets.Track and manage inventory for all on-site and off-site storage trailers.Ensure contract technicians adhere to company policies and procedures.Maintain assigned storage areas in clean, "tour-ready" condition.Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to update the online asset management system for client and rental inventory.Accurately record asset information and provide monthly updates to the Operations Manager.Ensure maintenance and accessibility of health and safety equipment.Clearly identify and locate all inventory, including new assets.Complete work tickets promptly and submit them to the Planning Coordinator.Support other aspects of fulfillment center operations as needed.Supervisory Responsibilities :
This role includes oversight responsibilities aligned with the job obligations, though there are no direct reports.
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.).5 years of experience as an Inventory Technician in the exhibit industry or equivalent experience in executing projects and programs.A combination of education and experience will also be considered.Skills and Abilities :
Passionate about working with people and delivering customer-centric solutions.Minimum five years of warehouse experience preferred.Three years of exhibit industry experience preferred.Proven success in inventory control.Familiarity with online inventory management software is an asset.Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction across all levels of the organization and with clients.Solid understanding of inventory control procedures.Excellent time management and project coordination skills.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and independent work environment.Flexible, open-minded, and solutions-oriented.Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.Effective presentation and documentation skills, including proposals, quotations, and maintaining client and project files.Strong business acumen and the ability to develop rapport with clients.Ability to multitask and perform under strict time constraints and deadlines.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.OUR BRAND - What We Believe
