About the Role
This is a critical position that supports and interacts directly with clients/customers. As a Contact Center Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing contact center support for new and existing customers.

Requirements
- Contact Center Experience: Minimum 3 years in a contact/call center environment, preferably with lead experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in all Company support applications and tools, including Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
