We are seeking a Frontline Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service at our client's site. This part-time position requires flexibility to work in an office and active outdoor environment, interacting with the public, members, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all Visitor Center operations, including opening/closing, admissions, Public Programs, Railroad ticketing, and special event sales.
- Responsible for executing membership sales, renewals, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate data entry procedures in Altru for all incoming constituents.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Cash handling experience highly preferred.
- Two years customer service experience required.
- Experience with Altru by Blackbaud, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- A valid California driver's license required.
