Procure to Pay Specialist

Position Overview

The Procure to Pay Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The successful candidate will play a vital role in vendor management, invoice processing, and optimizing the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process vendor invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and contracts.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Resolve invoice discrepancies to facilitate timely payment processing.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor records.

Requirements:

• 2 years experience developing invoices.
• Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on procure-to-pay processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in procurement software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
