Plumb Works, Inc. is a family owned and operated plumbing company. We have been serving the greater-Atlanta area for over 35 years! We provide both residential and commercial plumbing services. Our Plumbing Service Technicians earn on average $85,000 - 125,000 per year, with the potential to earn more. We offer ongoing training and opportunities for growth. We want to help you succeed! Oh, and we have Sundays off so you can have that 2nd cup of coffee and enjoy time with your family and friends.

As an experienced Plumbing Lead Service Technician, you’ll interact with our customers directly and solve a variety of plumbing problems. Metro Atlanta continues to grow. Our office staff can help you navigate more plumbing calls in a shorter period of time. This puts you in charge of your earnings potential, in a densely populated area.

Responsibilities :

Provide consultation, including solutions, to resolve our customers’ plumbing problems
Identify issues related to broken plumbing systems (sewer lines, kitchen, and bathroom plumbing, drain cleaning, water heaters, water leaks, pipe services, water heaters, etc.)
Utilize your knowledge and understanding of existing infrastructure (in relation to electrical wiring, etc.)
Determine what needs to be repaired or replaced, and otherwise resolve customers’ plumbing issues
Install and maintain plumbing equipment, parts, and fixtures
Utilize blueprints and drawings, so you must be able to understand plumbing layouts and plans
Safely cut, assemble, and install pipes and other fittings

Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent

3 years of successful plumbing experience to include an understanding of both residential and commercial water distribution and disposal systems

Diploma or certificate from a trade school, or completion of an apprenticeship

Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check, including driver’s license verification and drug test

Familiarity with standard industry tools, concepts, practices, and procedures

Good physical condition with the strength and flexibility to work in small or awkward spaces

State plumbing license (Journeyman or Master preferred)

Availability to work a limited, after-hours on-call rotation

Familiarity with Service Titan, or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
