Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks, operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, package and palletize product, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Operate and maintain the straw processing system.
• Complete and follow Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Permit to Work (PTW) as needed.
• Read, interpret, and execute Standard Operating Procedures.
• Read, interpret, and complete work orders as directed.
• Troubleshoot and fix machinery as required.

Requirements:

• Certifications within OSHA safety policies are preferred.
• Able to prioritize and maintain safe working practices and a safe working environment.
• Perform necessary good manufacturing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Be team-oriented and able to work with a diverse team with varying backgrounds and skills.
