Senior SAP SuccessFactors RCM & Onboarding Consultant The HR Path Group, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both on the human and tools aspects (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them global support in the development of their HR strategy.ADVISE : We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization.IMPLEMENT : As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise).RUN : Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing.The SuccessFactors RCM & Onboarding Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology / process deliverables, particularly in SuccessFactors RCM & Onboarding modules. The Consultant will also assist in other responsibilities such as providing expertise on RFP proposals and supporting work with clients. The Consultant will be responsible for having knowledge of the integration between SuccessFactors and other third-party software applications relating to HR solutions.Expert consulting for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modulesConduct discovery meetings with customers, conveying effectively the purpose and value of the SAP Cloud HCM (SuccessFactors) solutionsDesign and / or build learning solutions to requirements in RCM and OnboardingManage technical support questions and issues from the learning mailboxCreate and configure Excel documents to successfully import into RCM and OnboardingUpload and test courses to iContent and other content management systems (iDocs, SharePoint, BrightCove, UPerform)Consult on reporting needs and RCM and Onboarding dataConsult on learning programs and solutions for groups who want to use the RCM and OnboardingAccountable for day-to-day work and collaborate with project manager and team members to ensure a successful project outcomeWork independently on smaller pieces of workComplete implementation projects on time and within budgetManage the relationship with the customer and be the SAP primary “face” to the customer throughout the implementation processEducate the customer on employee database and technical requirementsProvide best-practice guidance on customer processes and knowledge on how to leverage the solution to add value to the organizationDocument and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered product issuesProvide train-the-trainer, administrative, and reporting training to the customerConfigure solution using XML code and front-end support tools to meet customer needsAct as a translator between customer requirements and technical requirementsDocument customer business needs, implemented / configured processes, and any unresolved open action items; deliver this documentation to Customer SupportRequired Professional ExpertiseBachelor Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 1-2 years of implementing Recruiting and Onboarding solutionsSuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding certificationsExperience with managing quality assurance processes for software implementationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionAbility to learn technology quickly through instruction, collaboration, and self-learningKnowledge of XML or HTML would be advantageousExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent time management and organization skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and assignments with shifting priorities at the same timeExperience and ability to translate business requirements to system configurationExperience re-engineering HR business processesExperience with 3rd party integration providersWHAT WE OFFER A stimulating work environment at the heart of an entrepreneurial and international culture.A transversal approach to our activities, which encourages teamwork and excellence.Numerous opportunities for advancement (horizontal, vertical, and international mobility).Annual salary increases on the anniversary date to reward performance.Multiple training opportunities (internal university, certifications).Certified Happy at Work, we offer a good life balance with telecommuting possibilities.A friendly work environment (quarterly team activities, annual international seminar).#J-18808-Ljbffr
