About the Role:
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our properties. You’ll work on tasks like landscaping, snow removal, light repairs, and supporting skilled tradespeople during property renovations. We are seeking someone who enjoys following established processes, completing work with precision, and contributing to the overall care and improvement of the properties we manage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and keeping outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
• Assist in minor property repairs, such as drywall patching, painting, and basic fixture replacements, ensuring tasks are completed to high-quality standards.
• Support renovation projects by moving materials, organizing tools, and assisting skilled workers with general tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Complete seasonal work such as snow removal and salting pathways to ensure tenant safety and property accessibility.
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly to supervisors, demonstrating attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
