- Informed Decision-Making Skills
- Deep understanding of processes, behaviors, and trends. It allows organizations to gain insights into customer preferences, market dynamics, and operational efficiency.
- The ability to communicate and work with executives, both clients and internal.
- 3 - 5 Years in digital media and marketing
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certification in Project Management (please provide)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversees marketing projects from start to finish. This will include establishing deadlines and milestones, ensuring a project stays within budget, and ensuring team members have the resources and tools they need to stay on task.
- Oversee complex projects from inception to completion, through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
- Manage Project Management system, Click-Up and Excel, daily. Create automations, workflows, and dashboards efficiently. This may include working within client project management software.
- Work side by side with the team on a daily communication basis to ensure all projects are scoped.
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring metrics to ensure key milestones are met, project stays on budget and comparing campaign actual results with anticipated results.
- Execute efficient operational processes.
- Ensuring that departments have the resources and support they need to do their best work, jumping in hands-on when needed during growth phases.
- Resolve daily operational and communication issues pertaining to marketing projects and propose process improvement.
- Executing and maintaining company culture and occupational health and safety standards
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support executive decision-making.
- Building relationships and maintaining contact with key vendors and strategic partners to strengthen the relationships and increase value for the long-term health of Bloom.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and present Sales Pitches when required.
