Description:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead with 6 10 years in IT, including at least 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, especially Dynamics 365 CE Cloud.




Skills Required:

6 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service) and MSCRM 2013/2016

Technical proficiency in .NET 4.x, C#, HTML5, XML, OData, Ajax

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012

Power Platform knowledge: Power Automate, Power BI (Power Apps preferred)

Exposure to Azure AI/ML, IoT, and Virtual Agent (preferred)

Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients and cross-functional teams
