Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive talent strategy and lead a dynamic HR function for a client. This is a remote or hybrid opportunity for candidates residing in the listed metro area. Key responsibilities and priorities for this position include:

• Strategic and hands-on approach to building, managing, and evolving the HR function
• Develop and implement integrated workforce and talent strategies, focusing on recruitment, training, and retention
• Extensive experience in residential, commercial, or field-based services with a strong background in multi-site leadership
• M&A and integration experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and organizational development
• Experience in managing call/contact centers and associated teams
• Create and implement a comprehensive Human Resources leadership plan aligned with the organization's strategic business goals; anticipate and address changing business needs
• Serve as a change advocate for company-wide strategies and initiatives
• Offer day-to-day support and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, compliance, job descriptions, and onboarding processes
• Provide coaching and support to senior leaders and managers on performance management, feedback, goal setting, and compensation planning
• Analyze external trends and internal needs to create insightful and effective people plans
• Contribute to and enhance the company culture at both the local and platform level

Qualifications & Compensation

• An undergraduate degree is required; advanced training or graduate degree (MBA, MS, or related field) preferred
• Experience as a Senior Vice President or Chief Human Resources Officer
• 15 years of relevant HR experience
